Caroline Wozniacki is a Danish player born on July 11, 1990. Her parents, Piotr and Anna Wozniacki, moved from Poland to Denmark when Piotr signed to play football (aka soccer) for Boldklubben in 1990, a football club in Denmark. Caroline started playing tennis at age 7 and her father, Piotr, has been her professional coach since age 14. Caroline’s playing style centers on counterpunching, defense and speedy movement around the work. Her best stroke is her two-handed backhand. Off-court, Caroline made headlines with her relationship with professional golfer Rory McIlroy from 2011 to 2014.
